ServiceNow Business Analyst - Order Management

As a seasoned business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and the implementation team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with customers to gather, analyze, and review their requirements, maintaining a detailed backlog in collaboration with product owners and vendors.
  • Develop solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices, proposing alternatives when necessary to optimize results.
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow product evolutions and share insights with the team, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Organize and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT), including preparation of key test scenarios to validate solution delivery.
  • Drive and support functional workshops with end-users, ensuring critical topics are addressed and solutions meet customer expectations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Core Technical & Functional Skills:

  • 6+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong expertise in Order Management, especially the data model, with a solid understanding of its applications and limitations.
  • Experience with data activities, CMDB knowledge, and data migration from external tools into ServiceNow.
  • Strong grasp of functional aspects of data and ability to work with SMEs on mappings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and its application in ServiceNow.
  • Experience managing large data extractions and transforming them into ServiceNow target formats, optimizing data integrity and quality.
  • Familiarity with CSM/OM data model and best practices for data usage, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Knowledge of API Integration and ITIL processes, enabling seamless integration with other systems.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation projects is a plus, demonstrating expertise in complex project management.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies, facilitating efficient project delivery.

Domain Knowledge:

  • Expertise in CSM/OM processes and related data objects (accounts, sold products, functional products, CIs, contacts, contracts), ensuring deep understanding of domain complexities.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong workshop facilitation and demo presentation skills, able to engage audiences and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, adaptable to different audiences and contexts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and collaborative mindset, essential for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and clarify required changes, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Experience working in a distributed, multicultural team, valuing diversity and promoting inclusivity.
