Job Opportunity for Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  2. Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  3. Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to ensure timely project completion and effective resource allocation.
  5. Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
  7. Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution, demonstrating academic excellence and passion for the field.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with experience in Revit and Enscape/Lumion an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Able to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the studio culture, embracing continuous learning and professional development.
