Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with our team to design and implement interiors that meet client specifications, utilizing a diverse set of skills from AutoCAD to space planning.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill), ensuring accurate and detailed design plans.
  • Experienced in SketchUp (Mandatory skill) for creating 3D interior design models.
  • Excellent space planning (Mandatory skill) abilities to maximize interior spatial functionality.
  • Proficient in 3D rendering to visualize and present design concepts effectively.
  • Adept in creating construction drawings that provide clear instructions for builders.
  • Strong client communication skills to understand and translate client needs into designs.
  • Skilled in material selection to choose appropriate materials that align with design aesthetics.
  • Competent in Revit for enhancing design precision and collaboration with architectural frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement interior layouts that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop cohesive and functional design solutions.
  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models for client approval and project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and timelines.
  • Select appropriate materials and finishes to enhance the aesthetic quality of the design.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed 3D renderings for client presentations and final approvals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design practices.
