We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Team Lead to spearhead our project initiatives.

Job Title: Team Lead
  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality advisory packages within set timelines, ensuring effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, plan, and manage personnel assignments to achieve project objectives, while supporting local and international experts within budget constraints.
  3. Communication: Coordinate all project communications with key partners, stakeholders, and consortium members, fostering open dialogue and transparency.
  4. Tech Support: Provide technical backstopping to field assessment and planning teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  5. Progress Reports: Prepare regular progress and technical reports as per project deadlines, maintaining accurate records and facilitating informed decision-making.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with guidelines, project milestones, and contractual requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  7. Project Adaptation: Oversee management adaptations in response to changing project conditions, guaranteeing administrative closure and efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Background: A Master's degree in Environmental Policy, Economics, Forestry, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (B2 level) and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Career Experience: A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management, with 8 years in business development, value chain promotion, and market linkages, and 5 years of management/leadership experience as a project team leader or manager.
  • Regional Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in projects in South Asia, with a minimum of 2 years in projects in India.
