**Lead Backend Developer Wanted**: We are seeking a skilled backend developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (Fastify), Prisma, PostgreSQL, Python, SQL Server, and Go. They will work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing robust backend services and APIs, working with databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server to ensure data integrity and performance, implementing efficient backend logic using Node.js (with Fastify), Python, and Go, integrating with ORM tools like Prisma for database management, and analyzing system requirements and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Required skills and qualifications include 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience, strong expertise in Node.js with Fastify, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL and SQL Server, Python, and Go, a strong understanding of SQL and relational database design, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications, experience with performance tuning and security best practices, and familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS).
