Job Summary

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in scaling secure infrastructure, automating deployments, and hardening our cloud stack against real-world threats.

Key to success in this role is the ability to design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/FastAPI) microservices.

Experience with deploying services using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS, and CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform, as well as managing multi-cloud environments, is essential.

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of incident response, DevSecOps, and secure deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask/FastAPI) microservices.
  • Deployment Services: Deploy services using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS, and CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform.
  • Multi-Cloud Management: Manage multi-cloud environments (AWS primary, plus GCP or Azure if needed).
  • Security Embedment: Embed security into all aspects of the engineering process, including SAST/DAST, SBOM, dependency scanning, IAM & secrets management.
  • Incident Response: Monitor and respond to infrastructure and app-level incidents with tools like ELK, CloudWatch, and Advance SIEM.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in DevOps, with deep infra & automation chops.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, IaC. Solid scripting skills (Python/Bash). Familiarity with Java build/deployment pipelines (Maven, Gradle, JAR/Docker packaging). Comfortable with Python API deployment patterns (Gunicorn, Uvicorn, Celery, etc.).
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of incident response, DevSecOps, and secure deployment practices.
