Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global network infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network troubleshooting, firewall deployment, and infrastructure monitoring. You will be responsible for providing L3 network support for troubleshooting issues related to routing, switching, and firewall configurations across multiple environments. Additionally, you will remotely access devices at various locations to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.

As a senior architect, you will collaborate with our NOC, SOC, and Help Desk teams to resolve escalated tickets within service level agreements (SLAs) while ensuring proper documentation and ticket updates. You will also monitor network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve network issues to ensure continuous uptime and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in network troubleshooting, firewall deployment, and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Expertise in L3 network support for routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
  • Ability to remotely access devices and perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.
  • Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
