Senior Technical Advisor

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Advisor in the IAM space to drive strategic input, solution design, and business alignment for Identity and Access Management initiatives.

  • Provide guidance on IAM strategy, including IGA, PAM, CIAM, and IDaaS platforms, to clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Presentation of complex IAM concepts in a business-friendly manner at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.
  • Liaise with business development and pre-sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, create business cases, and support proposal creation for IAM solutions.
  • Translate business challenges into IAM use cases, ensuring solutions meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements.
  • Develop IAM roadmaps, assess maturity, and lead IAM assessments or advisory engagements in collaboration with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on IAM market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform solution strategy.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide to technical architects, consultants, and junior staff within the practice.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in IAM strategy, solution design, and business alignment.
  • Ability to present complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools, including IGA, PAM, CIAM, and IDaaS platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable IAM solutions.
