Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an expert in user experience research to join our team. If you have a passion for Sherlock Holmes or detective novels, and your friends often joke about your exceptional research skills, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

We need someone with excellent observation and analytical skills who can help us understand our users' needs and preferences. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and qualitative and quantitative domain research focused on digital products.

  • Research Understanding:
  • Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research, especially for apps and websites.
  • Useful research tools such as Figma to document progress.

Social Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, team members, and users.
  • The ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively when researching.

Qualifications:

  • A specialization in UX research or related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • At least 6 months of full-time experience in UX research (or relevant internship experience).
