Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial power management leader with 10+ years of experience in the power management space within the semiconductor industry. This is a unique opportunity to define and drive the next generation of power products for a growing market.

Location: Bangalore, India

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Please Note: We are looking for candidates from product-based companies only, and power management experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps for power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC, etc.).
  • Provide deep technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product definers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure market success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in power management, including product definition.
  • Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge.
  • Experience using FEA tools for various thermal, electrical and magnetic investigations.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools.
  • Understanding of AECQ / IATF /ISO26262 (FuSa)
