Job Summary

DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Group Technology and Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform static maintenance tasks based on client requests and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Support multiple product types, including address changes, dormancy activations, and re-KYC processes.
  • Ensure data quality checks and updates are completed as per defined processes.
  • Align with standard operating procedures and operations handbooks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of banking regulations and internal control guidelines.
  • Graduation from a recognized university.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
