Role Summary
We're seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our global support team. Your primary role will be to ensure business application stability and address client/user requests/problems. You'll work closely with internal Dev and product teams, customer IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- First and second-line support for Low-Code Application Platform applications and infrastructure.
- Monitoring application and infrastructure components, ensuring platforms are healthy and running smoothly.
- Liaising between 2nd and 3rd line teams, as well as development and other IT infrastructure departments.
- Regular communications with clients to provide status updates and successful solutions.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven industry experience as a Support Analyst with at least 3-7 years in supporting capital markets solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience working with different teams as part of Incident/Problem management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with different teams, including 2nd and 3rd line teams, development teams, and other IT infrastructure departments.
Your main goal will be to ensure business application stability and address client/user requests/problems. You'll also be responsible for monitoring application and infrastructure components, liaising between teams, and providing regular communications with clients.
We're looking for a self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can take ownership of problem resolution and additional responsibilities where applicable.
As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to contribute to departmental and company-wide process improvement.
Additionally, you'll participate in documenting critical issues/processes related to platforms and generic support.
You'll operate as part of a shift rota, covering EMEA/APAC/US shifts, including bank holidays. You'll also be required to work weekends and evenings as part of the pager cover rotation.
