About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cloud DevOps – Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes. You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Configuration Management: Use tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to automate configuration management and deployments.
- Monitoring & Incident Management: Implement monitoring tools (like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch) and manage incident response processes.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and system administrators to improve workflows and system reliability.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud usage and recommend optimizations to reduce costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, Shell, or Bash scripting.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or New Relic.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
- Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security frameworks and tools for managing secure cloud environments.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Cloud Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or GCP Cloud Engineer certifications.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps: Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps culture.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
