Production Specialist

This role involves overseeing all production activities. The responsibilities include dispensing, syrup preparation, lozenges formation, compression of lozenges, and packing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly production plans from the plant head and ensure quantity and material are accurately dispensed.
  • Make requisitions to the quality assurance department for batch manufacturing records and batch packing records as per the production schedule.
  • Carry out manufacturing activities as per standard batch manufacturing records and stage-wise labeling for in-process stage activity.
  • Perform check and record in-process quality checks in batch manufacturing records as per standards and frequency.
  • Monitor the complete production area for environmental conditions, cleanliness, hygiene practices, and safety work.
  • Ensure machines are in good working condition and update machine running conditions regularly.
  • Follow all rules and regulations as per GMP and maintain human resource discipline in the department.
  • Produce high-quality products and communicate with the quality assurance department at any process stage to deliver quality with cGMP.
  • Responsible for all safety activities and safety of men, machine, and building in the area.
  • Participate in new product trials and check and verify new packing materials artwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
  • Total work experience of 1 year is preferred.
