Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacovigilance and data entry, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

About the Role:

The Data Officer will be responsible for processing safety case receipts, data entry, quality control, and ICSR follow-up for clients. This will involve managing email boxes, coordinating vigilance cases, and following up with local reporters and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process safety case receipts and perform data entry.
  • Manage email boxes and coordinate vigilance cases.
  • Follow up with local reporters and respond to client queries.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations to ensure proper handling of vigilance reports.
  • Support pharmacovigilance activities and participate in audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, nursing, or science related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in pharmacovigilance with data entry and QC skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US and EU PV regulations, GVP, GCP, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Process-oriented with good attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Safety database experience.
