Key Centre Management Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the daily operations of our Indoor Play Center and Party Venue for kids in India.

  • This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling operations and leading teams, as well as possessing strong communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relations: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all client interactions and guest relations, representing the company at every opportunity.
  2. Event Management: They will handle events from enquiry to execution, supervising departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, repair and maintenance.
  3. Day-to-Day Operations: This includes managing day-to-day operations, including managing staff, coordinating activities, and preparing management information reports.
  4. Customer Service: The candidate must be able to resolve client escalations and grievances, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Leadership: Experience in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and vendors effectively.
