Job Overview:

Synopsis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays and layouts that align with our brand image and guidelines.

  • This includes designing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute visually appealing product displays and layouts in alignment with brand image and merchandising guidelines.
  2. Refresh displays regularly to reflect seasonal themes, new arrivals, and promotional events.
  3. Lead store setup activities as per company SOPs and strategic direction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Enhance customer experience through engaging presentation and highlighting product features, craftsmanship, and value.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate visual merchandising guidelines, display principles, and hygiene standards.
  • Track and analyze the impact of visual merchandising efforts on footfall and sales metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
  2. Recommend innovative and trend-forward visual merchandising ideas to keep the brand competitive.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align on strategies.
