Visual Merchandiser Job Summary

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing store displays and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of new arrivals and replenishments to maintain store displays that maximize sales potential.
  • Monitor section sales rankings and budgeted sales to inform visual merchandising strategies that drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with various visual merchandising reports to make informed decisions that impact store performance.
  • Develop action plans to address specific challenges and opportunities in the store, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Share ideas and feedback with colleagues to improve product displays and customer experience.
  • Coordinate and execute merchandising tasks, including ordering and blocking stock to meet business needs.
  • Support customer service on the floor and provide training to sales advisors on fashion trends to enhance their skills.
