  • Optimize technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders to meet functional and financial goals.

Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, and Telemetry/AI Ops.
  • Experience setting up and managing command centers for triaging and quickly restoring services.
  • Strong hold on Change Success and Proactive Problem Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in driving transformational improvements in infrastructure.
  • 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party processors, hardware & software vendors, and external infrastructure providers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL controls and adherence to compliance processes through effectively managing vulnerabilities.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and sustaining a diverse workforce aligned with corporate and country goals.
