Sourcing Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Purchasing Manager will lead and oversee the procurement function to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services that meet organizational standards for cost, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing global procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and process efficiencies, negotiating complex contracts with international and domestic vendors, and overseeing creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
- Global Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement effective procurement plans to drive cost savings and process improvements.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate complex contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Purchase Order Management: Oversee the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field, along with 7+ years of progressive procurement/purchasing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven experience with international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management is essential.
