Key Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Content Creator to play a vital role in shaping our Marketing & Communications team.

In this position, you'll be instrumental in crafting clear, engaging, and informative content that showcases expertise and innovative spirit in the digital services domain.

  • Conduct thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with company goals and user needs.
Tech Writing Responsibilities
  1. Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials.
  2. Create content that enhances the user experience, making complex technical information accessible and engaging for the target audience.
  3. Develop scripts for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.
Requirements

Strong academic background in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, in the technology or digital services industry is also necessary.

  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
