The Role:

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of your team to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources. Your primary goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting agreed-upon quality standards.

You are great at:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Leading teams to achieve project delivery success
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, both internal and external
  • Applying best-practices and coding patterns to develop high-quality solutions
  • Cultivating a culture that prioritizes meeting expectations and delivering value
  • Implementing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and process improvement
  • Growing and managing the skills and talent within the team
  • Maintaining open communication channels across functions and escalating issues promptly as needed

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 14 years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain expertise in Cyber Security, with the ability to drive innovation and take ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSPs
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development & global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development processes
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding experience
  • Hands-on experience with C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge of AWS, Multi Project / Program Management, & Development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products concurrently, while managing scrum teams effectively
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Goal-driven, with the ability to plan and manage towards achieving goals, anticipate problems, and proactively drive their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in an international environment, involving multiple development sites across various time zones
