Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Cleaner to maintain the highest level of cleanliness in our establishment.

About this role
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their concerns or questions professionally.
  • Maintain a spotless environment by regularly sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture and other items to ensure a pristine atmosphere.
  • Ensure the housekeeping cart is clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
  • Empty trash and restock drinks and food items in the room's minibar.
  • Carefully inspect rooms for technical or safety issues and report them promptly to maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in maintaining public areas within the building, including the lobby.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules to meet deadlines.
