Human Resources Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment. As a motivated and enthusiastic individual, you will support our HR Manager in various aspects of the HR function.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization. You will have the opportunity to assist with recruitment efforts, screen resumes and applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
Additionally, you will help organize employee engagement activities and events, support the HR Manager in performance management processes, and contribute to various HR projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
