Cloud Architect for Scalable Salesforce Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations (including Salesforce Migration projects), and emerging technologies like Agentic AI and CRM Analytics.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving architectural best practices and delivering an integrated Customer 360° view to enable personalized and intelligent customer experiences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Lead and participate in solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  2. Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business, developers, admins) to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
  4. Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present the architectural approaches to clients.
  5. Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
  2. Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  3. Expertise in optimising enterprise customer Salesforce orgs using advanced flows.
  4. Experience with Salesforce migrations and systems integrations.
  5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
  6. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  7. Experience with AI/ML features in Salesforce, particularly Agentic AI, Einstein GPT, or Copilot.
  8. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
