Insurance Broker Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our placements team at a leading insurance broker. This role will be based in a major city and involve working from home for part of the week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Product knowledge: They will have a thorough understanding of our product offerings and be proficient in claims advocacy and servicing.
  • Research oriented: They will be able to mine data and identify business opportunities, carry out gap analysis for large proposals and prepare quotes comparison reports.
  • Key stakeholder relationship management: They will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure competitive quotes are received in a timely manner.

Audit, MIS & Reporting:

  • They will enter RFQs and proposal details into the database and generate reports for analysis.
  • They will share status updates with the head of quality management systems and provide information and documentation to auditors as required.

What you need to have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Corporate relationship management or business solution provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures including Indian corporate, MNC corporation and PSU clients.
  • Required domain knowledge.
  • MBA from a reputable business school.
