Job Title: Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced integration specialist to join our team.

  • Perform end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades, and ensure seamless performance as per industry standards.
  • Work on RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN and transport equipment.
  • Software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Site acceptance and coordination with NOC, field engineers, and project managers.
  • Health checks and validation for network elements.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in integration and commissioning of RAN and transport equipment.
  • Knowledge of RAN platforms, including AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms.
  • Ability to work on health checks and validation for network elements.
