Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth and expand our footprint within strategic enterprise accounts. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise sales strategies to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.

About the Role:

  • You will own the complete sales cycle from market engagement and C-suite relationship building to structuring complex, high-value deals.
  • You will partner with product, marketing, and solution engineering teams to deliver tailored SaaS enabled AI-driven solutions that directly address client challenges.
  • You will leverage deep understanding in domains such as Supply Chain and Logistics operations, Renewal Energy / Oil & Gas or Sales experience in AI / machine vision products for Health & Safety compliance in manufacturing.
  • You will lead complex deal cycles including RFPs, tenders, pilots, and enterprise-scale rollouts across APAC, EMEA, and NAM regions.
  • You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap direction based on enterprise customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • You will leverage partnerships with hyperscalers and OEMs (Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc.) and global system integrators to drive co-selling opportunities and pipeline growth.
  • You will provide market intelligence and pipeline insights to the leadership team, presenting forecasts and deal strategies with clarity and accuracy.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS / AI sales, with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales across industries such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, SCM, Automotive, and Retail.
  • Experience selling SaaS based AI solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in navigating long deal cycles, tenders, and global RFPs.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Bachelors degree required (MBA or technical background preferred).
