**Job Title:** Senior Associate Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Counselor to guide students through their higher education journey. As a key member of our team, you will counsel prospective learners on our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.

  • You will engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on degree programs from reputable universities.
  • You will understand each student's academic background, career aspirations, and challenges to provide tailored program recommendations.
  • You will drive enrollments by building rapport, addressing objections, and guiding students through the complete admission process.

Maintaining a student-first approach is crucial to ensure a smooth and positive counseling experience from inquiry to enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students on degree programs (BBA, MBA, etc.) from leading universities.
  • Provide tailored program recommendations based on individual student needs.
  • Drive enrollments through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or counseling, preferably in the EdTech or higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and counseling abilities with the power to influence decisions.

This role requires self-driven, target-oriented, individuals who can manage high volumes of leads and close enrollments efficiently.
