
Sales Growth Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve detailed quantified objectives and develop detailed plans, including new opportunities.
- Execute account and relationship management duties, including negotiating short-term and long-term contracts, administering sales contracts, and ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to in resolution and communication of customer complaints.
- Accomplish measures and report performance against assigned objectives of targeted accounts.
- Identify growth/profitability improvement opportunities and advance the relationships with customers in order to fully capture them.
- Introduce new products and solutions to customers.
- Apply pricing policy vis-a-vis assigned accounts.
Sales Forecast:
- Develop accurate forecasts of current and prospective customers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with assigned customers (management, purchasing, R&D).
- Understand customer needs (including technical) and test potential ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical services to better serve customers.
- Collect and document valuable information about the market and competitors from customers.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Ceramics/Metallurgy/Chemical/Civil/Material Science with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling sales functions.
- Knowledge of steel and refractory industries.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent planning and organizational skills, and high motivation.
Preferred Skills:
- Interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams, lead decision-making processes.
- Effective negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office/GSuites.
Other Skills:
- Ability to interpret basic financial data.
- Able to generate multiple solutions to problems and collaborate with external and internal customers and stakeholders.
