Responsibilities
  • Implement and deliver strategic and operational plans as approved by the Board.
  • Oversee faculty appointment and recruitment at senior positions of leadership.
  • Develop and ensure effective communication links with the RSIC community.
  • Ensure the public image of the College is of the highest standard.
  • Oversee student admissions process and be responsible for marketing plans and strategies.
  • Continuously improve the quality of education and ensure improvements in results every year.
  • Ensure holistic development of students.
  • Maintain and develop partnerships with affiliated educational institutions.
Requirements

To succeed as our Chief Academic Officer, you will need:

  • A postgraduate degree in Economics.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role with an educational institution.
  • Capabilities to drive the vision of RSIC and achieve results.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with high-performing teams.
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
