Job Title: UX Researcher

Bajaj Finserv is seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Researcher to join its team.

  • Leading user research initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Designing and executing research studies, including usability tests, surveys, field studies, diary studies, and in-depth interviews.
  • Translating research findings into actionable insights that guide product design decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Design, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role within digital-first or product-driven organizations.
  • Strong expertise in usability testing, contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with tools like Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, UserTesting, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Key responsibilities include driving customer-centric innovation, collaborating across departments, and delivering data-driven insights. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
