Technical Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple applied research projects and ensuring their smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Principal Investigators and scientists in project discussions, summarize, document, and manage the project.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different organizations, collaborating with Faculty, Engineering, and management teams.
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to interface and engage with external organizations through reports, meetings, and presentations.
  • Help manage scope, timelines, and quality of research output in projects and recommend tools, methods, and processes to improve efficacy and efficiency of project tracking and execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's degree is preferred) or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams.
  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and applications.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to manage/understand cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
