Program Management Director

As a Program Management Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these programs are executed on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, with a strong background in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will be expected to develop and implement effective project plans, manage budgets, and oversee resource allocation.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You must be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with program objectives.

You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve developing new procedures, revising existing ones, or streamlining current workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science
  • At least 18 years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of program management experience in medical devices
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to scope
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate agreements
