About This Role

This is a critical position within our organization responsible for managing design projects from inception to completion.

Job Description

The Artwork Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design projects.

  • Project Management & Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel and materials.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure design projects meet organizational standards.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills, including:

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • A basic understanding of design principles and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

We seek a creative problem-solver who can identify and address potential bottlenecks in project workflow, develop innovative solutions to optimize design workflows and processes, and document and report on project metrics and team performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, design, engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Artwork Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
