Senior Design Manager Role

This role requires an experienced and skilled professional to lead the design coordination process for construction projects. A key responsibility is coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design documents.

  • Review and comment on drawings furnished by consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct value engineering to optimize design details from cost and safety parameters.
  • Manage AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, contract specialists, engineers, and EHS professionals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate construction site management, particularly in high-end residential, hotel, and commercial projects. They must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
