Senior Project Engineer Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Project Engineer to lead multi-discipline engineering teams in executing complex modular projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing project work, including design, fabrication, procurement, and commissioning.">
  • Manage project development from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.">
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.">
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.">
  • Oversee the development of detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical requirements, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.">
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, and ensure effective use of resources to achieve project objectives.">
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements, and optimize project delivery processes.">

Requirements:

">
  • 7+ years of experience in project engineering or design engineering role focused on mechanical equipment, modulization design of systems utilized in petroleum refining, petrochemical, gas processing, and/or renewable industries.">
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Design and Construction Management, or related field.">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.">
