Role Overview

Community Building and Development
  • Cultivating a Supportive Environment: Foster an inclusive community atmosphere that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
  • Member Engagement Initiatives: Organize social events and activities to build relationships among members and promote a sense of belonging.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses to enhance the overall community experience and drive growth.
Operational Efficiency and Management
  • Front Desk Operations: Ensure seamless customer service and support by maintaining a fully staffed front desk at all times.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Conceptualize and execute community initiatives, such as events, workshops, and training sessions, to foster engagement and learning.
  • Membership Management and Billing: Manage membership records, billing, and check-ins/check-outs for hourly or day-pass members with precision and accuracy.
  • Center Tours and Member Support: Provide guided tours of the CoWrks center and offer prompt member support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Waiting Lists and Data Collection: Maintain accurate waiting lists and gather data on members' business objectives to identify services that can help them achieve their goals.
  • Event Supervision and Compliance: Supervise in-building events to ensure compliance with established house rules and escalate any issues that arise.
Sales and Marketing Strategies
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with operations teams to maintain optimal cleanliness and operational efficiency within the CoWrks spaces.
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in developing policies related to guest registration, security, and building procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Daily Reports and Communication: Provide regular reports to the Community Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Facilities and IT Support: Liaise with facilities and IT support teams to resolve member issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Initiatives and Rollouts: Develop and implement initiatives that promote the CoWrks brand and enhance the member experience, driving engagement and retention.
  • Amenities and Services Inspection: Conduct daily inspections of CoWrks center amenities and services, reporting maintenance requests through our ticketing platform when necessary.
