Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills to analyze actual vs. forecasted revenue and explain key drivers of change.
- They will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue goals with business strategy.
- An understanding of revenue recognition principles is essential for this role.
In addition to technical skills, we value excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with accounting standards for recognizing revenue correctly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze variance between actual and forecasted revenue.
- Support internal and external audits related to revenue and billing.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification.
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue accounting or corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP S4 Hana.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
