Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to install, troubleshoot, and perform planned maintenance on computer hardware products. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment by resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test computer hardware products in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with computer hardware products using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer hardware products to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware products, including HPCs, servers, workstations, and storage solutions
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with IT industry recruitment companies or placement consultancy in India
