Job Title

We are seeking a professional to represent our high-end, customised furniture brand in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will drive sales of luxury residential and office furniture while building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, corporates, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the premium residential and corporate furniture markets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
  • Sales Execution: Present and sell customised luxury furniture solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Factory Liaison: Travel regularly to the factory to understand production capabilities, finishes, and processes, ensuring accurate communication with clients.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on luxury furniture trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
  • Project Management: Work with design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely deliveries.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline, client database, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Post-Sale Support: Ensure client satisfaction post-delivery and generate referrals for repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of proven sales experience in luxury furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong Network: HNIs, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
  • Excellent Communication: Negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customisation Expertise: Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into bespoke furniture solutions.
  • Self-Motivation: Target-driven, comfortable with fieldwork, and factory visits.
  • Professional Appearance: Strong customer-service orientation.
