Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to support large-scale change initiatives across global organizations.

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide transformation programs involving multiple business functions.
  • Act as a key liaison across project teams, business units, and steering committees, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly project meetings, and scrum ceremonies where applicable to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project artifacts including Gantt charts, milestone trackers, risk and issue logs, RAID registers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures to support program delivery and change adoption.
  • Support change management activities including training coordination, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, technology, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of transformation leadership experience, preferably within global consulting firms or large multinational environments;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level transformation initiatives or global rollouts;
  • Knowledge of transformation frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile/Scrum;
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or similar;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with senior executives and global teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
  • PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
