Technical Application Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Technical Application Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and maintenance of custom-built applications, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and maintenance, with experience in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar APM solutions. Additionally, you will have expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators.

We are seeking a motivated individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment, driving innovation and adoption of industry practices through investigation and institutionalization of new tools, methods, and standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve application-related incidents, including performing root cause analysis.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support and maintenance of custom-built applications, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Monitor and diagnose application issues using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar APM solutions.

  • Analyze application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators.

  • Drive innovation and adoption of industry practices through investigation and institutionalization of new tools, methods, and standards.

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve sprint objectives and drive continual service improvements.

  • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in application development and maintenance.

  • Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar APM solutions.

  • Expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators.

  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams.

  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve application-related incidents, including performing root cause analysis.
