Senior Data Architect

Data Architecture Expert Wanted to Lead Transformation

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Data Architect to spearhead data-first initiatives and drive business growth through AI adoption.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable data architectures for lending domain solutions.
  • Create and implement enterprise data strategies, including data modeling, lineage, and governance.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for batch and real-time data ingestion.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern data platforms and tools such as Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Mentor data engineers and promote engineering excellence in data practices.

Your Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
  • Deep understanding of structured and unstructured data ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL, ELT, stream processing, querying, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in tools and languages such as Spark, Kafka, Airflow, SQL, Amundsen, Glue Catalog, and Python.
  • Expertise in cloud-native data platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong grounding in data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on when needed.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to lending domain expertise.
  • Familiarity with ML pipelines or AI integrations.
  • Background in fintech, lending, or regulatory data environments.
