We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to spearhead our growth initiatives in Hyderabad.
This key role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities through strategic networking, industry expertise, and current market trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, as well as collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
