Senior Chat Bot Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chat Bot Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing conversational interfaces using AIML and JavaScript.

About the Role

  • This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in chat bot development using AIML, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Design and develop conversational interfaces for clients using AIML and JavaScript.
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance user experience.
  • Work with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy and manage chat bots.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • More than 14 years of overall experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in BOT Development, preferably on Kore.AI platform.

Preferred Skills

  • Classical AIML.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Rest API.
  • Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Addititional software languages (Python, JSON, HTML/CSS, XML).
  • Alternative bot development platforms (Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework, Rasa, etc.).
  • CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Test Case Development.
  • Telephony Platforms.
