Job Summary

This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction and requires excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end client solutions for our products across the globe.

• Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.

• Execute projects through various phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

• Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively, conducting UAT and support sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.

• Test process flows, drive adoption, and validate value outcomes.

• Communicate project risks to delivery managers and/or program directors.

Skill & Experience Needed

• 2-4 years of professional services experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably from a reputable university).

• Good understanding of software development life cycles and functional consulting experience.

• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Exposure to international clients/projects, business acumen, domain knowledge, team player.

• Experience with order-to-cash related business processes is a plus.
