Job Overview:

The Financial Operations Lead will oversee the company's financial activities, including financial reporting, book closure, and ERP management. This role is critical for ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledgers
Audit Management:
  • Lead statutory and internal audits, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Implement and monitor corrective actions arising from audit findings
Compliance & Regulatory:
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other local laws
  • Prepare and file required financial documents and reports with regulatory bodies
Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
  • Develop and implement internal controls for financial closure and ensure process compliance
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and drive automation and efficiency improvements
  • Automation of regular activities and optimize time management
Budgeting & Forecasting Support:
  • Assist the CFO in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
  • Analyze variances and provide insights for cost control and performance improvement
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA/CMA qualification
  • 7-12 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and audit coordination in manufacturing entities
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred

  • Excellent understanding of audit processes and regulatory compliance
