Treasury Finance Specialist

Manage daily cash flow and optimize fund utilization across multiple projects by analyzing financial reports and making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize fund allocation to maximize returns while maintaining liquidity.
  • Facilitate the issuance of commercial papers and manage trade credit arrangements to ensure timely payments and minimize risks.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt securities and fixed deposits to enhance returns while maintaining liquidity.
  • Ensure timely repayments for project loans by monitoring loan schedules and communicating with lenders.
  • Maintain accurate records of advance payments and performance guarantees received from vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee inter-corporate deposit issuance, limit management, and documentation to optimize cash flow and minimize risks.
  • Prepare treasury accounting entries on a daily basis to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead currency risk management activities and related bank documentation to minimize exposure to currency fluctuations.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters, maintain strong relationships, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Submit timely treasury-related information, coordinate audits, and respond to audit queries to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly treasury MIS reports, including data on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and currency exposures to inform business decisions.
