We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our transaction filtering processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and filter transactions in real-time to identify potential risks and escalate relevant cases to Level 2 compliance.
- Perform L1 analysis on alerts generated by third-party database filtering against S/E lists.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of our transaction filtering guideline, working closely with Group Compliance department and OFAC-AMER.
- Translate this guideline into concrete actions for operational processing and provide guidance to team members on its application.
- Present a synthetic vision of the operational application of the guideline to the management team.
- Contribute to the evolution of our filtering platform and processes.
- Professional experience in compliance activities, including KYC, transaction filtering, and client screening.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interact with US counterparts.
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques and LEAN/BPM approaches.
